Linrose Engineering specialises in jobbing and the fabrication of material handling plants steelwork.

The workshop is equipped for the manufacturing as well as the engineering and shop detailing of material handling plant structures such as; Mobile Hoppers, ROM Tip bins, Tipplers, Surge bins, Plate Girders, Building and Conveyer Steelwork. The workshop is also equipped for the design, shop detailing and manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, to clients' requirements.

Linrose Engineering also offers corrosion protection to client's specifications.

Our Facilities

The offices are ±280 square metres. The workshop area is 3000 square metres and consists of two bays. The one bay consists of two 10 ton Double girder centre lift overhead cranes, and the other bay consists of one 10 ton and one 5 ton Double girder centre lift overhead cranes.

We have machine shop facilities available to us, to carry out general light and medium Machining. In addition to the fabrication service that Linrose provides, Linrose can provide a complete turnkey package from conceptual design through to final commissioning of your capital plant and equipment.

Our Production Capability and Quality COntrol

Our workshop currently manufactures approximately 120 tons to 150 tons of platework, or approximately 200 tons of steelwork per month, depending on the type of structure. Linrose Engineering is capable of handling jobs up to 800 tons, with a delivery period of 4 to 5 months, depending on your requirements doing everything inhouse. Linrose Engineering maintains a high standard of workmanship and we are proud of all our products. Quality Control is guaranteed and is carried out to meet the customers' requirements. Quality Management Systems are in line with ISO 9001-2000. A copy of our QM can be submitted upon request.
